Billow now connects to Calendly and Cal.com, so the calls people book with you turn into leads on their own. Choose which event types count, and every new booking lands in your Discovery Call lane. A booking from a known contact becomes a lead right away. Everyone else waits as a card with a suggested title, budget, account and contact, ready to become a lead in one click. Cancellations and reschedules keep the lead up to date. Booking integrations are part of the Grow and Scale plans.

Also in this release:

• Lead ordering and sorting: Drag leads to reorder them within a column, and sort the list view by any column.

• A cleaner leads board: The board fits the width of your screen, with restyled lead cards.

• Documents that stay as sent: Sent invoices and offers keep the client and company details from the moment you sent them, even when you edit an account or your settings later.

• A rewritten help center: Articles are now hopefully easier to read and understand.

Plus many more small fixes and improvements across the app.

Billow now talks to AI assistants. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Codex to your workspace and ask about your clients, projects and invoices, or have it draft offers and invoices for you. It's available to every workspace. Alongside that, the overview pages got filters and sorting, and invoices got a lot of small quality-of-life improvements.

What's in this release:

• Connect an AI assistant: Claude, ChatGPT or Codex can look things up and create or edit accounts, contacts, leads, projects, draft offers and draft invoices. Sending, signing and payments stay in the app. Everything an assistant does shows up in the activity feed under its name.

• Filters and sorting: Invoices, clients and contacts have a filter menu and sortable columns. The view lives in the URL, so you can bookmark or share it with other workspace members.

• A reworked invoice overview: Many small improvements, for example, downloading an invoice or copying the public link works from the row menu.

• Rename invoices: Draft and imported invoices can be renamed without opening the full edit form.

• Deliverable timelines: Give each deliverable a start and end date, shown on the offer.

• Redesigned public pages: The offer and invoice pages your clients see got a fresh design. Also, invoice PDFs now have a similar design to offers and contracts.

• Design polish: Buttons, badges, alerts and form controls got a consistency pass across the app.

Plus many more small improvements and bug fixes.

We heard the feedback from our founding members and implemented a highly requested feature: real signatures on contracts. Plus a whole lot more!

Contracts now carry a real signature. You draw yours on a signature pad or upload an image of it, and your client does the same when they accept your offer, giving their full name and company. Both documents, offers and contracts, were redesigned from scratch. They are stored with the project and emailed to whoever signed them the moment your client accepts.

Also in this release:

• Projects without an offer: Create one directly, invoice it right away. Without the hassle of creating an offer first.

• A second tax line: Regions that split their sales tax now bill correctly, with labels you name yourself.

• Improved offer sending: Send and resend from the project page, with a preview of your client's view.

• Reset a contract template: One button puts a template back to Billow's stock version.

• A Converted tab on the leads page: Leads that became projects get their own tab, linking straight through.

• Cancelled projects: Work you drop yourself is now marked as Cancelled (before it was Rejected). This allows you to distinguish between projects that were ended by you or your client.

• Emails under your legal name: Everything Billow sends your clients now carries your workspace's legal name as the sender instead of saying “Billow”.

• Rejected and cancelled offers keep their public page: The link stays up as a short receipt.

• More currencies: Billow now supports over 130, so you can bill wherever your clients are.

The help center is live and covers all of it. Payments and reminder emails got more reliable too, plus the usual small fixes.

Billow is officially in closed beta! This first release lays the foundation: one connected workspace for your clients, projects, and money.
