Your Cockpit
The revenue chart, the stat cards, and how to find anything fast.
Cockpit is your home screen: money in, money outstanding, and what needs attention.
The revenue chart
Revenue for the period, with the change against the previous one underneath.
The dropdown sets the range: week to date, last 7 days, month to date, last 30 / 90 / 180 days, year to date, last 365 days, last 2 years, or last 5 years. Whatever you pick is remembered as your default.
The ⋯ menu changes how the chart draws:
Cumulative builds up across the period. Totals shows each bucket on its own.
Show break-even draws a line at your monthly costs
Show projected extends the line forward
Show potential adds your lead volume on top
Break-even needs Monthly Costs set under Settings → Accounting.
The stat cards
Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
Sent, waiting on a client. Opens your pending projects. | |
Sent, not paid. Opens your unpaid invoices. | |
Costs Covered This Month | Revenue against your monthly costs |
Yearly Revenue Target | Progress toward your target |
Active Accounts |
The middle two show a “click to set” prompt until you fill in costs and a target.
Open Invoices
Everything you’ve sent and are waiting to be paid for, below the chart.
Starting from empty
A new workspace has nothing to chart, so you’ll see a blurred preview and an Import now button.
Importing your existing invoices fills in revenue history and creates the accounts behind them. See Importing past invoices.
Finding things quickly
Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or / when you’re not typing in a field.
Search covers accounts, contacts, projects, leads, and invoices. The same box also creates things (“Add new lead”, “Create new invoice”), jumps to any section, opens settings, and switches workspaces.
It’s the fastest route to most of the app.
