Filling in a lead from your notes
Paste your call notes and let Billow fill in the fields for you.
Typing a lead into a form after a call is busywork. Paste your notes into the note field instead and let Billow pull the details out.
Works with whatever you actually wrote: messy call notes, a forwarded email, bullet points.
What it fills in
Project name
Account: matched against companies already in your workspace
Person of contact: matched against that account’s people
Source: how the lead reached you
Stage
Budget range, or nothing if the notes don’t mention money
Matching, not creating
Billow matches names against accounts and contacts you already have. It won’t create new records on its own.
When a name comes up that Billow can’t confidently match, you get a dialog offering to create the account or contact. Nothing is created until you hit Create & Fill.
Only confident matches fill in automatically. Anything uncertain comes to you.
Filling in an existing lead
Autofill only writes to empty fields. Your existing answers stay put, so you can run it on a lead you’ve already started without losing anything.
Limits and privacy
Billow runs your notes through a European AI provider (Mistral). Notes stay in the EU.
If the notes can’t be parsed, you’ll see “Could not analyze notes. Please try again.” and the form stays as it was. Fill it in by hand and carry on.
Autofill is on Grow and Scale, along with the rest of the pipeline.
