What each plan costs, what it includes, and how the limits are counted.

Yearly billing charges ten months for twelve months of access.
Counting members
Your own seat counts. Solo has one seat, so it allows no invitations.
Pending invitations hold a seat. An invitation nobody has accepted counts against the limit until it’s accepted or expires after 7 days. Revoking it frees the seat.
Counting active projects
A project holds a slot while it’s Draft, Offer Pending, or Active. Rejected, Cancelled, and Completed projects release theirs.
Simple projects hold a slot from creation, because they start Active.
To free a slot: complete a project, cancel one, or move up a plan.
Leads
The lead pipeline is only available on Grow and Scale.
Changing plans
Owner only. Anyone else sees “ask your owner”.
Upgrading applies immediately, higher limits included. Stripe adds the prorated difference to your next invoice.
Downgrading applies immediately, with the unused time credited on your next invoice. It’s blocked while you’re over the new plan’s limits, and Billow says what is over (for example, members that need to be removed).
If Stripe can’t charge your card for a plan or interval switch, the change still goes through and Billow asks you to update your card from Manage billing information.
