What each plan costs, what it includes, and how the limits are counted.

Yearly bills ten months for twelve.
How members are counted
Your seat counts. On Solo that means just you, with no invitations possible.
Pending invitations hold a seat. An invitation nobody has accepted still counts against your limit until it’s accepted or expires after 7 days. Revoke stale ones to free space.
How active projects are counted
Draft projects count against your limit.
A project consumes a slot while it’s Draft, Offer Pending, or Active. Rejected and Completed projects release theirs.
Simple projects count too, from the moment you create them, since they start Active.
Complete the work that’s finished, cancel what you’re not pursuing, or move up a plan.
Leads
The lead pipeline is only available on Grow and Scale.
Changing plans
Owner only. Anyone else sees “ask your owner”.
Upgrading applies immediately. Stripe prorates, so you pay the difference for the rest of the period and higher limits kick in right away.
Downgrading also applies immediately and credits you the difference. It’s blocked if you’re over the new plan’s limits, and Billow tells you why (e.g. members need to be removed).
Switching between monthly and yearly works the same way from the billing page.
